Dust Mite Allergy
To alleviate dust mite allergy follow these four steps. 1. Encase your bedding in dust mite proof covers. 2. Use an air purifier to remove allergens from indoor air. 3. Use bedding that is either naturally dust mite resistant and/or can be hot washed to destroy dust mite allergen (see below). 4. Use dust mite eliminating vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners and sprays to clean your furnishings, fabrics and the air you breathe.
